Free Shipping Australia-Wide

We offer free standard shipping on all orders to every state and territory in Australia. No minimum order required.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships.

Delivery Time

• Standard shipping: 7-14 business days Australia-wide
• Metro areas (Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, Adelaide): typically 7-10 business days
• Regional and remote areas: may take up to 14 business days

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. You can track your package using the link provided.

Delivery Issues

If your order hasn't arrived within 21 business days, please contact us at hello@cloudcalm.com.au and we'll investigate immediately. If your package is lost in transit, we'll send a replacement at no cost.

International Shipping

We currently only ship within Australia. We hope to offer international shipping in the future.
