30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or refund for any reason.

Change of Mind Returns

  • Item must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition
  • Contact us at hello@cloudcalm.com.au within 30 days of delivery
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • Refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item

Faulty or Damaged Products

  • Contact us at hello@cloudcalm.com.au with a photo of the damage
  • We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund (your choice)
  • No need to return the faulty item

Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

  3. We'll respond within 24 hours with instructions

Refund Method

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing time: 5-7 business days after we receive the return (or approve a faulty product claim).
