30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or refund for any reason.
Change of Mind Returns
- Item must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition
- Contact us at hello@cloudcalm.com.au within 30 days of delivery
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- Refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item
Faulty or Damaged Products
- Contact us at hello@cloudcalm.com.au with a photo of the damage
- We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund (your choice)
- No need to return the faulty item
Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
