Q: What does the CloudCalm Rain Cloud Diffuser actually do?
A: It's a 4-in-1 device — aromatherapy diffuser, humidifier, rain sound maker, and LED mood light. Water droplets fall from the cloud like gentle rain while misting your favourite essential oils.
Q: How long does it run?
A: 4-6 hours on a full tank (350ml). It auto-shuts off when the water runs out.
Q: Is it loud?
A: No — under 30dB, which is quieter than a whisper. The rain droplet sound is gentle and soothing, not mechanical.
Q: Can I use it without essential oils?
A: Yes! It works perfectly as a humidifier and rain sound machine on its own.
Q: What essential oils can I use?
A: Any water-soluble essential oils. We recommend lavender for sleep, eucalyptus for congestion, or peppermint for focus.

A: Free! We offer free standard shipping to every state and territory in Australia.
Q: How long does delivery take?
A: 7-14 business days Australia-wide. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Not yet — currently Australia only.
